Spread over 4500 acres, Palava is designed to be among the world's top 50 places to live. It is being developed by Lodha Group as an integrated Smart City in Dombivili, Maharashtra. The original Master Plan ideas were conceptualized by Sassaki and developed and executed by Kapadia Associates.
