Project Description
The Svapna Project illustrates that designing for a family of four is a translation of personal dynamics into form, proving architecture is never "one-size-fits-all." We explored two polar interpretations of the same brief inspired by Japanese philosophies: Option 1 adopts the Kintsugi Concept, treating the architecture as a framework where nature and plantation weave through the structure to "repair" the voids, creating a breathable, living facade. In contrast, Option 2 functions as a Sculptural Introvert Monolith, drawing on the minimalist aesthetic of Japanese brutalism to create a private sanctuary of bold, cantilevered masses that prioritize internal tranquility and architectural permanence.
